TOLES Exam Preparation
The TOLES exam is the world’s leading legal English exam especially designed for the international legal profession. We can prepare you for the Foundation, Higher and Advanced Level of the exam and our courses include all key areas of commercial legal practice, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, intellectual property and real estate, company and employment law as well as banking and dispute resolution – all taught using realistic case studies taken from a commercial legal setting.
Marble Hill Law School is proud to be an approved TOLES training centre and our TOLES preparation courses provide the best possible training for the exams. Our courses are taught by qualified lawyers with extensive experience in private practice as well as teaching English as a foreign language.
Our course follows the TOLES syllabus and includes 20 hours of online tuition, 5 private lessons (60 minutes each), 10 hours of exam practice followed by constructive individual feedback as well as approximately 10 to 15 hours of home learning supervised and supported by your tutor.

Why TOLES?

If English is not your first language, a TOLES certificate will show employers and institutions that you have the necessary legal English skills to succeed.

We appreciate that people have busy lives and varying commitments so we have devised different formats of the course, ranging from a one week intensive course to a 4 week part time weekend course to allow you to prepare for the exams in a time that suits you.
All courses follow the TOLES syllabus and include 30 hours of face to face tuition, 10 hours of exam practice followed by constructive individual feedback from your personal tutor as well as approximately 10 to 15 hours of home learning supervised and supported by your tutor.

Course Overview
Course Timetable: 10 weeks starting on 15th September 2020 Tuesdays 17:00 to 19:00 GMT
Hours: 20 hours group lessons with max 6 delegates via Zoom, 10 – 15 hours home learning, 5 hours private lessons via Skype or Zoom
Class Size: Max 6 delegates
Course Fee: £800
Including: The Toles Coursebook, our MHS home learning pack and all course materials as well as a certificate of completion.
Exam: Delegates who complete the course will be able to take the Toles exam on Thursday 19th November 2020.

What your week could look like:
Pre-Course Home Learning
Before the start of the course you will receive our home learning pack which includes your pre- course reading and a series of exercises. You will be required to complete 3 short assignments before the start of the course which will be marked and supervised by your personal tutor. Your tutor will also give you individual feedback on your work and advise on the level of exam over the phone and by email before you arrive.
