In this one day seminar we go through all the important elements of English company law and its practical application for companies and its directors, including:
- The basic principles of company incorporation
- The Articles of Association
- The limited company and its directors and shareholders
- Directors duties
- Company procedure
- Issuing shares
- Transactions with directors (eg loans, substantial property transactions etc)
- Transactions with customers and suppliers
- Groups of companies
- Company taxation
Please note that the seminar fee is payable at the time of registration. Once we have received your registration and payment we will send you all relevant course information via email. To maximize the seminar’s effectiveness we will also contact you to arrange a telephone interview before the beginning of the seminar to assess your current level of English and to find out about your special areas of interest and expertise.
