In this one day seminar we go through all the important elements of commercial contracts drafted in English and subject to English law including:
- The formation of a contract
- Contract terminology – key legal terms and phrases
- Contract structure and organisation
- Basic principles of drafting and interpretation
- Key contract terms, eg liability and breach, deadlines, warranties and guarantees, retention of title, assignment and novation etc
- Boilerplate clauses
- Common practical issues and stumbling blocks
- Signing and completion
Please note that the seminar fee is payable at the time of registration. Once we have received your registration and payment we will send you all relevant course information via email.
